Arrival for Your Appointment

Please arrive 15 minutes early. This gives you time to fill out the intake form (new clients) and settle in before your massage starts.

Massages are timed. Arriving early means a relaxed, unhurried session.

If you're running late, your service may be shortened so we can stay on schedule for the next client. You will still be charged the full price. Please call us if you're going to be late.

 

Booking & Cancellation Policy

• A 75% deposit is required to book any appointment.

• Cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment: your deposit is non-refundable.

• No-show: you will be charged the full price of the service.

• Rescheduling on the day of your appointment counts as a cancellation and is charged at full price.

 

Late Arrival Policy

Call us as soon as you know you'll be late. To keep things on time for everyone, your session will be shortened to fit your original appointment slot. Full price still applies.
